Conservation Society Statement – Sept. 23, 2020

President Patti Zaiontz issued a statement following the Texas Historical Commission’s decision to deny the  request to relocate the Alamo Cenotaph.  In it, she reaffirms the Society’s desire to see the Alamo, and the historic structures surrounding it, conserved according to the highest preservation standards.  Read full statement.
