“The Perseverance and Spirit of Adela Margarita Navarro (1904 – 1992)” – March 11, 2023

Celebrate Women’s History Month with this free event presented by Erika A. Haskins of the University of the Incarnate Word, and sponsored by the Friends of Casa Navarro.

Casa Navarro, the home of Texas patriot Jose Antonio Navarro, was purchased and restored by the Conservation Society in 1960.  Transferred to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in 1975,  this National Historic Landmark now operates under the direction of the Texas Historical Commission.
