Description:
Dancers whirl to the tune of a traditional German band inside the Villita Assembly Building. During NIOSA, this O'Neil Ford—designed building becomes transformed into a little German village, complete with biergarten. Outside the building, a painted castle façade bids visitors, "Willkommen," to the Sauerkraut Bend Area, which honors San Antonio's early German heritage.
