COMPLETION DATE: Normal turn
around time is 15 – 20 working days. Actual time may vary according
to the size of the project and workload.
PRICES: Prices are subject to
change without notice.
RUSH ORDERS: Turn around for
rush orders is 5 - 10 working days. Rush orders are charged at
double the cost of production.
SCANNING: All scanning will be
done by a library staff member or volunteer. Patrons may not use
their own scanning or photographic equipment. Scanning is contingent
on the size and condition of the source material.
Due to staff and time constraints,
the Library cannot provide an unlimited number of scanned images.
Please discuss your project with the librarian, so that an agreement
as to the number of scanned images may be reached.
Scanned images will be sent to the
patron as an e-mail attachment or on a disk provided by the patron.
All costs must be paid in advance.
Scanned images are to be used for
private research only. If a patron wishes to publish an image,
including posting it on a web site, the patron must complete a
Request for Permission to Publish form.
No special services, including
extensive cropping, re-sizing, or image enhancement will be
provided.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: $5.00
minimum on each order.
TAX: Texas deliveries will be
assessed an 8.125% sales tax. Tax exemption claimants must provide a
tax exemption certificate.
USAGE: By placing an order
with us, you agree to abide by the Library’s Photographic Usage
Policy. An additional “Request for Permission to Publish” form must
accompany all orders placed for publication/commercial use.
