Opera Guild of San Antonio
Under the direction of Dr. William McCrary, for the fully staged production of “Navarro, A Children’s Opera” which has successfully introduced San Antonio school aged children to the world of opera through the story of an important Texas hero, Jose Antonio Navarro.
Howard Peak
For his ongoing contributions to the Linear Parks Program with the creation of bike trails along major creeks and initiating the San Antonio River Improvements Program North from Downtown to Brackenridge Park and South to Mission Espada.
