Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President - Now Open

Full time exempt position available immediately, 35 hour work week, parking, and full benefits provided.  The deadline for applications is April 15, 2013.

The Office Manager supervises and directs the Society’s office personnel, provides administrative support for the President, and manages processes related to Executive Committee, Board of Directors and General Membership functions.

This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in office administration, or an associate’s degree with at least 5 years experience in office administration.  Applicants must demonstrate experience with a variety of the administrative concepts, practices, and procedures used by non-profit organizations, including Human Resources.
